At the SIDO Exhibition in April 2018, we announced Sagemcom’s entry into our capital structure. Sagemcom is the European leader on the market of high value-added communicating terminals, and has a 20% stake in Otodo’s capital.
Sagemcom, a partner of international scope
Sagemcom is a French high-tech Group that is international in scope and operates in broadband markets (set-top boxes, residential gateways, multimedia terminals), smart city (end-to-end solutions for smart metering and smart grid) and the Internet of Things (founding member of the LoRa Alliance). Sagemcom has a turnover of over €1.8 billion, and employs 4,000 personnel on five continents. The company aims to remain a world leader in high value-added communicating terminals.
A financial commitment coupled with a strategic commercial partnership.
In addition to a 20% stake, a strategic alliance between the two companies for the manufacture and marketing of the Otodo solution in France and internationally has been signed.

A win-win partnership: synergy of offers and internationalisation.
The commercial partnership will allow Otodo to benefit from Sagemcom’s international sales force, to market its solution to telecom operators in more than 40 countries. Depending on demand, the Otodo solution will be progressively integrated into the company’s products (STB, Gateway / Wifi Extender / Voice Assistants, etc.)
